Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the hosted Antenna service at app.antenna.sh. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1Who these terms are with
The service is provided by Antitropy LLC ("Antitropy", "we", "us"). "You" means the person or organisation using it. If you accept these terms for a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and "you" means that company.
Together with the Privacy Policy, these terms are the whole agreement between us about the hosted service.
2The service
Antenna is a social media management tool. It lets you organise work by brand, compose and schedule posts, publish them to networks you connect, read replies and messages in one inbox, cut long video into short clips, measure results, and give AI assistants structured access to those capabilities.
We improve the product continuously, so specific features may change. If we remove something you rely on materially, we will give account holders notice by email.
3Accounts and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Give accurate registration details and keep them current.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, and for the security of your credentials. Two-factor authentication is available and we recommend it.
- Tell us promptly at hello@antenna.sh if you suspect unauthorised access.
- You are responsible for the people you invite to your workspace and what they do in it.
4Your content
You own your content. Posts, media, brand material, reports — all of it stays yours.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, process, transmit and display your content strictly to operate the service for you: to publish a post you scheduled, to render a preview, to generate a report, to produce clips from a video you uploaded. The licence exists so the product can function, lasts only as long as we hold the content, and covers nothing else. We do not use your content to train models, and we do not use it to advertise.
You confirm you have the rights to the content you upload and publish, including rights to any media, music, trademarks or likenesses in it.
5Acceptable use
Do not use Antenna to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
- send spam or bulk unsolicited messages, or run inauthentic, coordinated or deceptive activity on any network;
- manufacture fake engagement — artificial likes, follows, comments or traffic;
- publish content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or sexually exploitative of anyone;
- impersonate a person or organisation, including by connecting an account you are not authorised to operate;
- violate the terms of any network you connect, or work around a platform's rate limits, review process or technical restrictions;
- probe, scrape, overload or disrupt the service or the infrastructure behind it, or circumvent a plan limit;
- resell the hosted service as your own without a written agreement with us. Managing client brands from your own workspace, as an agency, is expected and fine.
You must also comply with the published terms of every network you connect. Where a platform's rules are stricter than ours, theirs apply.
6Connected networks
Antenna acts on the accounts you connect, using access you grant. You can disconnect any channel at any time, and you can revoke Antenna's access from the network's own settings.
The networks are independent of us. They change their APIs, terms, rate limits and review policies without consulting us, and any of them can restrict or withdraw access to your account or to Antenna. When that happens, features that depend on that network may stop working. We will be straight with you about it, but we cannot be responsible for a third party's decisions or downtime.
Readiness is stated honestly, not aspirationally. Networks are listed in the product with their real status. Where we do not yet hold platform access for a network, the product says so and the connect flow will not complete. We do not bill you for a channel you cannot connect.
7AI features
AI features run on a model provider key you supply. You are responsible for your account with that provider and for their charges. Model output can be wrong, biased or unsuitable — it is a draft, not advice, and you are responsible for anything you publish, whether a model helped write it or not. Review before you post.
Where Antenna gives an AI assistant access to your workspace over MCP, that access is scoped and permissioned by you, and everything it does is attributed and auditable. Actions taken by an assistant you authorised are treated as actions taken by you.
8Plans, billing and taxes
- The plans, prices and limits in effect are the ones shown on our pricing section and at checkout. There is a free plan; paid plans are billed monthly or annually.
- Annual plans are billed upfront for the year. Monthly plans renew monthly. Both renew automatically until cancelled.
- Changing plan mid-term is prorated automatically.
- Video slicing is metered. Each paid plan includes an allowance of source-minutes — the length of the video you upload, not the clips produced. Beyond the allowance, slicing continues at $0.05 per source-minute, and a per-cycle ceiling limits how far overage can run before we ask you to move up a plan rather than let a bill surprise you.
- Other limits — channels, storage — prompt an upgrade rather than billing you extra.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated; any tax due is shown before you pay.
- If a payment fails, we will retry and let you know. Persistent non-payment can lead to downgrade or suspension.
9Cancellation and refunds
Cancel at any time from your billing settings. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, then stops renewing. Fees already paid are not refundable except where the law requires it or where we agree otherwise — and if you think you have been charged in error, write to us and we will look at it properly. Export your content before you cancel; see the retention section for what happens to data afterwards.
10Open source and self-hosting
Antenna's core is open source under the AGPL-3.0; some integration packages are MIT. Those licences govern the software itself. These terms govern only the hosted service. If you self-host, your instance is yours: we provide no warranty or support for it under these terms, and we have no access to your data.
11Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee on these standard terms. Maintenance, third-party outages and incidents happen. Support is by email at hello@antenna.sh; we answer as promptly as we can.
Features labelled beta or preview may change or be withdrawn, and are provided as-is.
12Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time — see Data deletion.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, creates legal risk or harm for us or others, or has not paid. Except where the breach is serious or urgent, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right. On termination your right to use the service ends; the sections that by their nature should survive — content ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law — do.
13Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that a specific network will remain available, or that any particular business result will follow from using it.
14Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you paid us nothing.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
15Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your content, your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of a network's terms or anyone's rights.
16Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version and date at the top always reflect the current text. For material changes we will notify account holders by email before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms. If you do not, stop using the service and cancel.
17Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Antitropy LLC is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory law where you live.
Before filing anything, please write to us — most things are faster to fix by email.
