Data deletion

How to delete data Antenna holds about you — a single connected channel, one brand and everything in it, or your whole account. Every route here is self-serve, takes effect immediately, and is free.

Version 1.0 Effective 5 August 2026 Last updated 5 August 2026

Pick the smallest thing that does the job. Removing one connected account does not touch the rest of your work. Deleting a brand removes that brand and everything under it. Deleting your account closes your login. The three are described separately below because they delete different things.

1Remove one connected channel

Use this when you want Antenna to stop having access to a social account, but want to keep using Antenna. This deletes the stored access and refresh tokens for that channel.

  1. Sign in at app.antenna.sh.
  2. Open the brand the account is connected to, and go to Channels.
  3. Find the connected account and choose Disconnect.

The tokens are deleted at that point and Antenna can no longer act on that account. Posts already published to the network stay on the network — they belong to your account there, and only you can remove them. See revoking from the platform's side below to complete the loop.

2Delete a brand and everything in it

Use this to remove a client or project entirely.

  1. Sign in and open the brand.
  2. Go to Settings for that brand.
  3. In the danger zone, choose Delete brand and confirm.

This removes the brand together with its posts and drafts, its uploaded media and generated clips, its reports and automation rules, and every connected channel under it — including the stored tokens and any metrics, comments or messages we had collected for it. It cannot be undone.

You need the admin or owner role in the workspace to delete a brand.

3Delete your account

  1. Sign in at app.antenna.sh.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Profile (app.antenna.sh/settings/account/profile).
  3. In the danger zone, type your email address to confirm and enter your password.
  4. Choose Delete account.

This immediately removes your user record, your saved profile details, your password hash and any two-factor secret, all of your active sessions, and your membership of every workspace. You are signed out everywhere and can no longer sign in.

Delete your brands first if you want the content gone too. Deleting your account closes your login; it does not by itself delete the workspace content that was created inside it. If you want everything erased — brands, posts, media and connected-channel tokens — either delete each brand first using step 2, or ask us to erase the whole workspace using step 4. We will do it either way; we would rather say this plainly than let you assume it happened.

4Ask us to erase everything

If you would rather we did it, or you have already deleted your account and want the workspace behind it erased, write to hello@antenna.sh from the email address on the account, with the subject Data deletion request. Tell us whether you want a specific brand removed or the entire workspace.

5Revoke access from the platform's side

Disconnecting inside Antenna deletes our copy of the token. To also remove the authorisation that the network itself remembers, use the network's own settings:

NetworkWhere to revoke
FacebookSettings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → remove Antenna
InstagramSettings → Website permissions / Apps and Websites → remove Antenna
ThreadsSettings → Account → Website permissions → remove Antenna
LinkedInSettings & Privacy → Data privacy → Other applications → Permitted services
XSettings and privacy → Security and account access → Apps and sessions → Connected apps
TikTokSettings and privacy → Security & permissions → Manage app permissions
YouTube / Googlemyaccount.google.com → Data & privacy → Third-party apps & services
PinterestSettings → Security → Apps connected to your account
BlueskySettings → App passwords → revoke the password you gave Antenna
MastodonPreferences → Account → Authorized apps

These are the networks' own interfaces and they occasionally move things; if a path here no longer matches what you see, search that network's help for "connected apps".

6What happens after deletion

7Take your data with you first

Deletion is permanent, so export first if you might want any of it. Antenna exports posts, brands, analytics and reports from inside the product, at any time, without asking us.
